What a wonderful place. We loved the decor inside right down to the friendly happy and smiling server. We asked what was most popular and we ordered the dishes  our server recommended. We started with the appetizer of buffalo cauliflower which was to die for.

My husband ordered the burger and fries which he said was delicious and I ordered the green Greek salad with a roasted chicken burger on top.

We were about ready to check out when the manager came by to ask us how our experience was? "Awesome and we will be back, it's our first time at Hank's" and then he said let me buy you dessert!  How generous!   So we had the bread pudding which was exceptional.  We will definitely be coming back to Hank's thank you for a pleasurable experience.

Burgers are regular. The meat is too thick.
Waiter was terrible. Took our drinks when we went to the restroom and there was still half a bottle. $8 dollars for a bottle of water. We asked for 1 they bring 2.
Pretentious place with very bad quality food and stupid high prices.

As a local, this is honestly the ONLY restaurant in the Palisades Village that I can recommend (and frequent myself), due to the others being so overpriced, without delivering anything exceptional (or worth the price tag). While Hank's isn't exactly a burger bargain, it IS the only price tag in the Village that I am willing to pay, because the food is consistent, tasty and always leaves me satisfied.

    * I've eaten almost everything on the menu and have ordered again, no weak dishes.
    * Good array (for a burger joint) with burgers, vegan option, salmon and salads.
    * The ambiance is much less fussy that the other Village restaurants; staff is kind and casual.
    * Football fans - they have a Monday & Thursday Night Football drink bargain. The TV isn't huge, but it's sufficient if you want a bit of an upscale burger joint football night.

If you're going to eat somewhere in the Palisades Village and don't want to be gouged for food that you can find anywhere, this is your spot!

It was my first time at this place and I don't like to leave bad reviews. The service was ok. The prices are on the high side but you pay for the location and the ambiance. What really upset me, is that I ordered a side order of mac and cheese. All the side orders were priced at $6. Mac and Cheese was not listed as a side order but I was under the impression that since it's a side order; it will be the same price as the other sides.
When I received my check, I noticed that the charge for my side order of mac and cheese was $13.50. At first I thought this was a mistake. When I got home, I called them and asked if I was over-charged. The manager advised me that the price is 13.50 for a side order of mac and cheese. Wow.
The food was very plain and not worth the price.
I am still upset that I spent $80+ on average food.

A nice restaurant in the glamorous Palisades Village. It has a beautiful patio that's so charming and very comfy to sit at all day, if I'll be given the chance.

I had the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and a side order of fennel slaw. I didn't know that the sandwich itself comes with coleslaw topping and a side of brine pickle. If I had known, I could have ordered something different like fries or onion rings.

The chicken sandwich was pretty good. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside with a spicy kick that was washed down by the slaw and pickles. I enjoyed every bite of it while enjoying the good vibes and great atmosphere.

Contrary to what other reviewers mentioned, I received excellent service during my visit. I was promptly greeted and sat as soon as I came in. Service was fast and efficient. During my meal, three (not just one) staff members actually checked on me.

More seating available inside. There's also a bar with wide selection of drinks. Restroom inside the restaurant. Parking is tough inside the village but lots of street parking available which is just a short walk to the village.
